Fleet Pond Sunshine

It was a beautiful walk at Fleet pond. The sun was out and bursting through the trees.

Fleet Pond, Grey Skies

Went for a short walk with Bella when the rain stopped. A pretty horrid day weather wise, but nice to get some fresh air.

Fleet Pond, Morning Walk

An early walk to Fleet Pond to sort some emails before cracking on with the day.

Incredible place to just work and chill. Honestly I feel kinda blessed to be able to get out to the great outdoors.

Fleet pond, busy Sunday

Farther's day today, so seemed really busy at the pond. But then it is most Sunday's especially in the summer. There were quite a few gulls around chasing the bread the kids were chucking in. Saw a wild foxglove that is comping into flower. There's always stuff to see over at the pond if you keep your eye's open. Calf still hurt a bit from footy, but it was nice to walk it out.

It's pretty breezy out there, but the sun came out and it was a lovely end to the week.

Fleet Pond - Painted Pebbles

I keep my eyes out for these little things. I think it's cool the kids paint them and put them around the pond. Saw these today watching the brutal 10k

Friday 14 June 2019

I went for a little ride up to my favourite sunset spot. I had the feeling it might be a decent sunset. Cloud and the right atmosphere. I was let down other than leaving my memory card at home. Stupid rookie mistake, Never mind, for landscape photography the phone nails it.

Forgot the Memory Card

My bike - love it

Fleet Pond - The rain has stoped and the birds are out

A nice little walk around Fleet Pond at lunchtime. The sun has returned after nearly 5 days of rain. Thank goodness for that. My mood seems to be 100pc tied to the weather. I don't even mind the cold so much. It's a case of the rain rain rain just getting too much. Still, the sun was out today and I loved it. Fairly breezy too, nice to blow away the cobwebs.

The geese chicks are growing. Mum wasn't best pleased with me and Bella interfering so took them off to the nest.

Water level 1m - I have no idea of that's high. Maybe I'll start observing it. I rekon it probably is with the amount of rain we've had.

Bella ran into the cow field. Could have had her head kicked it and died. C was less than impressed when I told her. She she thinks Bella should be on a long line, I can't be bothered with that kind of faff.

Hope this is now the start of the summer.

A short walk between meetings

Had a lovely little walk. It was getting a bit dark, like it always does this time of year. Still managed to see a nice bit of wildlife.
